7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on most course purchases. If you are not satisfied with your course purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of the date of purchase, provided that:
- You have not completed more than 30% of the course content
- You have not downloaded any course materials or certificates
- You provide a valid reason for the refund request
- The course was not purchased during a special promotion or at a discounted price
Courses Not Eligible for Refund
The following courses and purchases are not eligible for refunds:
- Courses purchased more than 7 days ago
- Courses where more than 30% of the content has been consumed
- Courses purchased at a promotional or discounted price (unless otherwise stated)
- Course bundles or subscription plans (these have separate refund policies)
- Courses that have been fully completed or where a certificate has been issued
- Courses where downloadable resources have been accessed
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your ReelsMedia - Learn High-Income Digital Skills account
- Navigate to your "My Courses" or "Purchase History" page
- Click on the "Request Refund" button next to the course you wish to refund
- Fill out the refund request form with your reason for the refund
- Submit the form and wait for our team to review your request

Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, we may offer partial refunds at our discretion. This may include cases where:
- You have completed a small portion of the course (less than 30%)
- Technical issues prevented you from accessing the course for a significant period
- The course content significantly differs from what was advertised
Course Subscription Refunds
For subscription-based plans, you may cancel your subscription at any time. However, refunds for subscription fees are only provided if you cancel within the first 7 days of your initial subscription purchase and have not accessed any course content.
Subscription renewals are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing your course, please contact our support team immediately. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If we are unable to resolve the technical issue within a reasonable timeframe, we may offer a refund at our discretion.
Abuse of Refund Policy
ReelsMedia - Learn High-Income Digital Skills reserves the right to deny refunds or restrict future purchases from users who abuse our refund policy. This includes but is not limited to:
- Requesting refunds for multiple courses within a short period
- Completing or nearly completing courses before requesting refunds
- Downloading all course materials before requesting a refund
- Requesting refunds with false or misleading information
